Juan Manuel Monge

Juan Manuel Monge, age 64, of Bryant, Ark., fell asleep in death on Thursday, March 22, 2012, at his home in Bryant. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Ada, and their children, Albert, Michelle, Becky, Yolanda and Veronica. He is also survived by his mother, Teresa and his brothers, Ivan and Johnny and numerous grandchildren as well as other family and friends. Juan was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and served faithfully as a zealous minister since his baptism on April 20, 1975. Juan was endeared to many due to his love of people and his active demonstration of his faith. He served as a full time minister, voluntarily spending over 70 hours each month assisting others to learn about the Bible. He also had an active role in the Southwest Little Rock Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, where he served as an elder. Juan will be remembered fondly by those who knew him as a warm, approachable person who wanted to help all those that he met. Juan's faith and understanding of the Bible gave him a hope for the future - which many of his friends and family also share - of being resurrected to a paradise earth (John 5:28). Memorial service arrangements: Monday, March 26 at 11 a.m. Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 10412 Mabelvale West Road, Little Rock, Ark. 72022.
