Iris Iona Lindsay

Iris Iona Lindsay, 78, of Little Rock, Arkansas got her wings on Monday, November 5, 2012. She was born February 8, 1934 in Humphrey, Arkansas to the late Hazel Byers Reeves and Milda Iona Moore Reeves. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Pamela Jean Lindsay; two brothers, Billy and Harold Reeves; and two grandsons, John Ramsey and James Wiggington. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Orville Joe Lindsay Sr.; sons, Ernest Tinkle (Carol) of Mabelvale; Billy Tinkle of Mabelvale; Orville Joe Lindsay, Jr. of Little Rock; daughters, Kathy Sewell (James) of Hensley; Linda Desler of Jessieville; Brenda Elliott of Mulberry; Rennie Bowles of Melbourne; Jeannie Melton (Jim) of Violet Hill; Mary Holland (John) of Clarksville; 45 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren and a host of great great-grandchildren; brothers, Harvey Reeves (Jane) of Benton and William Reeves (Rovella) of Bryant. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
