Julia Marcilee Bland

Julia Marcilee Bland, 86, of North Little Rock passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012. Julia was born in Lonoke County, Ark. to the late James L. and Marcie Shelton Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rudie C. Bland; daughter, Judi Glover; and great-granddaughter, Allison Nicole Biggs. She was retired from the State of Arkansas Driver Control and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Ark. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her son, Joe A. Bland and wife Pam of Sherwood; eight grandchildren, Lynn Tubbs, Lee Caviness, Hanner Bland, Windy Amarsi, Jodie Bradford, Aimee Phillips, Tyler Bland, and Jordan Bland; eighteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Roberts Jenkins, and Pat Williams Hart; and a host of other family and friends.
