Sarah Yvonne Allen

Sarah Yvonne Allen, 76, of Bigelow, passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012. She was born on Friday, March 6, 1936 to the late Oliver Dean and Mamie (Blasengame) Waller. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Sarah is survived by her son, Barry Allen of Bigelow; two daughters, Angela Eggers and Sharon Allen both of Little Rock; six grandchildren, Samantha Talley, Patrick Myers, Katherine Allen, Adrian Allen, Blake Allen, and Abbie Eggers; two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Jayden Talley.She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Samuel Allen Jr.; two daughters, Lana Allen and Tina Hood; grandson, Eric Hood; two sisters, Ruth Crow and Jeralda Dean; two brothers, Heulen and Kermit Dean. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 16, 2012 at Bigelow Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Volman Cemetery with Bro. James Wilson officiating.
