Chuck was considered crazy by those who loved him because of his keen sense of humor and ready wit. He was always acting silly and pulling pranks on his friends and family. One of his close friends said that when Chuck got to heaven, heaven got a whole lot funnier. He enjoyed gardening and had a competitive streak that showed up as he raced to have the first red tomato of the season.
