SMSGT Joseph R. Oliver, 82, of Beebe, Arkansas departed this life on November 12, 2012. He's predeceased by his parents, Louis and Lola Oliver; three siblings; and his good friend, Jake McGee. His loving survivors include: longtime friend, Bertha McGee; two godchildren, Lasonya Timms and Randy Timms, Jr. Home going services will be on Saturday, November 17, 2012, 11 a.m.. Interment with honors will be Monday, November 19, 2012, 12 noon, at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 Maryland Ave., NLR, Ark.
