STEPHEN LOREN DOBBINS, 52, of Little Rock died Tuesday. He was born in Arkadelphia (1960) and is survived by his father Graham B. Dobbins Sr.; mother, Carolyn Ridley Ross; step-father, Owen Ross; two brothers, Graham B. Dobbins Jr. and Richard Ridley Dobbins; sister, Ann Mortenson and many loving family members and friends.
