"Wolf" Sydow passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 19,2012, at the age of 77, at his home in Eskaton Village, Roseville surrounded by his family. Wolf was born in Landsberg, Germany, orphaned during World WarII, and came to the U.S. as a young man; he was soon drafted and served in the U.S. Army in the early 1960's. He settled down in Little Rock, Ark. where he raised his family and retired from Riverside Motors in 1997. From 2010 to 2011, Wolf lived at Chenal Parkway in Little Rock before moving to Eskaton Village in Roseville, Calif. in 2011.
Wolf is survived by daughter, Michelle Sydow; daughter, Antje and husband Herman Nordman and grandsons Jesse and Jeremy Nordman, and son, Marc and wife,Dainey Sydow and granddaughters, Rachel and Shannon Sydow.
A viewing was held at Lambert's Funeral home in Roseville, Calif. on Wednesday, Nov. 21,2012.
