Neppie Gray, 89, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died on Nov. 26, 2012. She is survived by her husband, John Gray, a brother, Floyd Freeman and sister, Clara Bass. Services are 10 a.m. Nov 29, 2012 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Burial at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, Okla. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
