Betty Frances Parker

BETTY FRANCES PARKER, 84, of Alexander, passed away Oct. 1, 2012. Among those preceding her in death was her husband of 63 years, firefighter, John C. Parker. She enjoyed being a mother and grandmother as well as quilting, growing cactus and succulents, and bird watching. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include step-brother, Jimmy Fiddler; daughters, Jannette Vaughter and husband Paul, and Suzanne Parker; grandsons, Andrew Vaughter and wife, Cathy, and Philip Vaughter; and nephew, Rex Carson and wife, Noelene. Cremation arrangements were provided by Arkansas Funeral Care, Jacksonville, Ark.
