PEGGY JOYCE WILLIAMS, 65, of Little Rock, Ark., went home to be with her father on Aug. 30, 2012. She's preceded in death by her father, Robert "Jabo" Maxwell; mother, Jimmie Lee Maxwell-Avery; one son, Victor Hansberry; her brothers, Wallace Miller Sr., Robert Maxwell Jr. and Kenneth Maxwell; and one grandson, Takabryan Daibrain Hall; and her ex-husband, Lee Williams. She leaves loving memories to her children, Tiffany Williams (Michael), Ryan Williams (Ebony) and Bryan Williams (Roslyn); four brothers, Jay Johnson (Gloria), Robert Maxwell (Cynthia), Bobby Maxwell (Janice) and Greg Avery (Johnnie Mae); seven sisters, Joann Milton, Betty Bourland, Annette Hill, Sandra Rountree, Barbara Avery, Linda Avery and Gwen Stallings; one aunt, Ruby Ray; eight grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, 11 a.m., at St Paul Baptist Church, 2603 Commerce Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Elmlawn Cemetery.
