Charles Ray, 58, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Sept. 3, 2012. A memorial visitation will be Friday, Sept. 7., 2012 at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home in Piggott, Ark. Final disposition will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
