Anne James

Anne James, 74, of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2012. She was a long time member of North Hills Baptist Church. Anne was a retired LPN from the Veteran's Hospital in North Little Rock. She enjoyed painting pictures, reading and working in the Church library. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Bob James of Jacksonville; sons, Terry L. James and wife Linda of Jesseville, David A. James of Sherwood and Steven C. James and wife Melissa of Cabot; six grandchildren; Zach James, Craig James, Kristyn (Mitchell) Regnas, Joshua James, Michael James and Carson Cash, one great-grandchild; Kye Regnas, two sisters, Jean Sammons and Marjorie McDuffie; and sister-in-law, Nancy Pelter. She was preceded in death by her brother Stanley Allen. Memorials may be made to the North Hills Baptist Church, 9618 Hwy 107, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120. The funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at North Hills Baptist Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
