Bonnie Lou Lawrence, 87, of Little Rock, passed away September 15, 2012. She was born December 25, 1924 in Cutler, Indiana, the daughter of John Leonard and Okle (Allen) Jervis. She was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy WAVES. She was a homemaker and a member of Markham Street Baptist Church. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 61 years, Mack "Doc" Lawrence, and sister Gertrude Ricketts. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Hannah and her husband Bill of Little Rock; son, John David Lawrence and his wife Beverly of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; sister Virginia Paston of Elkhart, Indiana; grandchildren, David Hannah of Dallas, Texas, Kevin Hannah and his wife Wendy of Little Rock, Joshua Lawrence and his wife Leslie, Stacy (Lawrence) Brklacich and her husband Tony, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; great-grandsons Hank, Sam and Max Hannah, Jake and Cade Lawrence, Brady, Chase and Mack Brklacich; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Chenal Heights Nursing & Rehab and Arkansas Hospice. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark. (501) 224-8300.
