Theadore Mark Davidson

Theadore "Mark" Davidson, 74 of Sherwood, Ark., formerly of Rogers, Ark., passed away September 19, 2012. He graduated from Rogers High School and played scholarship football for the University of Arkansas. He retired a successful Insurance Broker and enjoyed traveling, horse racing and playing poker. He believed that there is no substitute for love and that experience isn't the only teacher, but it is the best one. He is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 55 years, two daughters, Vickie Crosland (Rick) of Sherwood, Ark. and Machelle Davidson of Dallas, Texas, three granddaughters, Melissa Wyatt, Brittany Wyatt and Tori Dinges; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Wyatt; two sisters and one brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, one sister and daughter, Mary Lou Dinges. He was loved and will be missed by many. Visitation is Friday, September 21, 2012 at Roller-Owens, JFK Blvd., North Little Rock from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. and funeral services Saturday, 11 a.m. at the funeral home (501-791-7400) with graveside services to follow at Gainesville Cemetery, near Paragould, Ark. at approximately 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lonoke Development Center, 518 NE Front Street, Lonoke, Ark. 72086.
