DWIGHT EDWARD "RED" MOSLEY, age 83, of Little Rock passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2012 in the care of Arkansas Hospice. Red was born Dec. 10, 1928 in Little Rock to the late Frank and Lillian Bogard Mosley. He is preceded in death by his brother, James Robert "Buddy" Mosley and his sister, Bettye Jo Mosley. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Clara Faye Mosley; daughters, Suzanne Mosley and Lisa Doster and husband, Robert; his twin brother, Guy P. Mosley and wife, Joanna and numerous nieces and nephews. Red was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in the Korean War and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was also a member of the Little Rock Fire Department for 36 years and considered it his second home, retiring in 1990 as District Chief. Red enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and wood working and spending time with his family. A visitation will be held at Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 W. Markham St., Little Rock on Monday, Sept. 24, 2012 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. followed by a graveside service officiated by Rev. Jeff Dial at 3 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
