Euvela Duty Williams, 86, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Sept. 22, 2012. Services will be Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Charles Carrens officiating. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark. is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation was Monday at 6 p.m.
