Floyd Dale Keisler

Floyd Dale Keisler, age 75, was born September 13, 1937 in Leola, Arkansas to the late Martin Ongelo Keisler and Lena Williams Keisler. The Lord called him home to Heaven September 24, 2012 at the Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Floyd loved the Lord and was a dedicated Christian and a member of Forest Hills Missionary Baptist Church. Floyd attended Leola, White Hall, and Pine Bluff Schools. He served in the Arkansas National Guard from February 28, 1955 through February 26, 1957. Later he served in the Army National Guard in Waxahachie, Texas from February 1957 through February 1960. He received honorable discharge from the United States Army Reserve April 30, 1963. In addition to his parents, Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Keisler. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Roberts Keisler; five children, Barbara Renee Lewis, Randy Keisler and wife, Sherry, Daleene Drennan, Jarrod Roberts and wife, Laura, and Joseph Roberts; nine grandchildren, Peter Welchman, Lindsay Welchman Rone, Jennifer Keisler Offutt, Stephanie Keisler Davidson, Chris Wooten, K.D. Wooten Ferguson, Jake Drennan, J.D. Roberts, and Jacy Roberts; seven great-grandchildren, Jaxon Welchman, Haley Davidson, Makenzy Davidson, Cade Offutt, Charis Offutt, Spencer Drazic, and Reagan Rone, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Bro. Mark Blakely and Bro. Jacob Bagby officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the funeral home.
