William T. "Electric Bill" Hall born July 16, 1953 passed from this life on Friday, September 21, 2012. He was a longtime time employee of A.O. Smith and at 10+ year charter member of the Thunder Heads M.C. He is survived by his fiance' Pam "Pepper" Heavner, two sons, William Luke Hall, Lee Edward Hall, daughter, Amber Michelle Hall-Harris, and grandson, Bonham Harris.
