Loey Dillard Tumbleson

Loey Dillard Tumbleson, 78, passed away Sept. 26, 2012 in Tallahassee, Fla. He was born Jan. 12, 1934, in Keo, Ark., to the late Loey and Maudie Griffin Tumbleson. He owned and operated several businesses, loved playing cards and socializing and went to the retirement center to sing for the residents. He was also a member of Pioneer Baptist Church. He is survived by sons, Gene Tumbleson, Rod Tumbleson, Bruce (Carla) Tumbleson; grandchildren, Heather Tumbleson, Allan Tumbleson, Charity Tumbleson, Stonewall Bryant; 10 siblings. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Euvona J. Tumbleson. The funeral is 11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at Abbey Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Pioneer Baptist Church in Crawfordville.
