Lorene W, Stanley

Lorene Weiner Stanley, 83, of Redfield, Arkansas died Sunday, March 31, 2013 in Pine Bluff. Born in Cornersville, Arkansas, August 5, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Edith Baldwin Weiner and step-mother, Rita Weiner. Lorene grew up and received her early education in Lincoln County before moving to Pine Bluff. She married Adolph James "A.J." Stanley in Pine Bluff May 8, 1950. The Stanleys resided in and near Pine Bluff until moving to Redfield in 1976. They operated Stanley's Ice and Sporting Goods there from 1978 until 1991. She was a member of River Road Missionary Baptist Church. Her survivors include two sons, Bobby Stanley (Debbie Lee) of Wynne, Arkansas and Keith Stanley of Redfield; two daughters, Debbie Robinson (Spencer) and Cathy Culbreath of Pine Bluff; half-brothers, Edward Weiner of Conway, South Carolina, Jerry Weiner of Ocalo, Florida; half-sister, Patsy Booth of Pine Bluff; aunt, Benna Jean McBryde of Port Arthur, Texas; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The family is grateful to Linda Banks, her caregiver, and Hospice Angels for their exceptional care given Lorene. Graveside services are Wednesday, April 3rd, 11 a.m., Jones Cemetery near Redfield with Reverends Gene Murdock and Ronnie Meredith officiating. Visitation is Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Ralph Robinson & Son in Pine Bluff. Memorials are requested to Lone Pine Missionary Baptist Church, P.O.
