Arvol C. Baty

Arvol Cleave Baty Sr., 72, of Winchester, Arkansas passed away March 31, 2013 at his home; he was born February 27, 1941 in Stegall, Arkansas, the son of Mark and Johnnie Baty. He attended Tillar Baptist Church and was a farmer. Survivors are his wife, Mary Baty, Winchester, Arkansas two sons, Jay and Mark Baty of Winchester, seven daughters, Tracey Clifton, North Little Rock, Cathy Chatman, Searcy, Candle Baty of Louisiana, Teresa Griffin, Little Rock, Kelly Troviller, Roland, Barbara Ballard, McGehee, Alisha Hill of Georgia and two brothers, Charles Baty, Jacksonville, and Donnie Baty, Farmington, special niece Shelley Baty, 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation held 1-5 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013, Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services held 3 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville, Arkansas. Griffin Funeral Home Dumas in charge of arrangements.
