Opal M. Outlaw, of Benton, Arkansas died Monday, April 1, 2013 in Benton Rehab. She was born December 8, 1920, in Perryville to George W. and Pearlie I. Patterson. Opal worked at Kellwood Company and Cloth World before retiring. Opal was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, George and Cathy Outlaw of Hensley, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Carrie and her husband Chris Buxton of Benton, Arkansas; one great grandson, Peyton Buxton and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Opal's family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Heartland Rehab for the care she received as a resident there for many years. The family will receive visitors Friday, April 5, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 N., Alexander, Arkansas.
