Velma Lee, 102 of Monticello passed away April 9, 2013 at The Woods Nursing and Rehab Facility in Monticello. She was born on April 16, 1910. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 13 at First Baptist Church, North Bailey with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
