RUTH E. "MAMAW" ROULSTON, 93, of North Little Rock was born May 21, 1919, and died peacefully on April 11, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Roulston; her parents Owen C. Glass Sr and Leona Tittle-Glass; her brothers Ernest C. Glass and Owen C. Glass Jr; and one sister Eunice Glass-James. She is survived by one son Leonard Dale Roulston (Trina) of Scott; two grandsons Tracy Roulston (Margaret) and Richard Roulston (Cristi), both of North Little Rock; five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and a close family friend Rebecca Stubblefield. Also, a special thanks to Matt in ICU at Baptist Springhill. His compassion and care made the transition easier for us all. Ruth grew up and attended school in Scott. After marrying, she and her husband owned and operated a grocery store. Ruth later worked and retired from Westinghouse Corp. She spent the remainder of her life in the North Little Rock area with her friends and family. Ruth was a long standing member of Calvary Baptist Church. In the last years of her life, Ruth enjoyed many memorable times with friends while living in the Bowker House. Service will be Monday, April 15, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church 5025 Lynch Drive in North Little Rock. Visitation will be Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Roller Owens Funeral Home 5509 J.F.K. Blvd. (501-791-7400) from 2-4 p.m. Burial will be at Arkansas Memorial Gardens near Jacksonville. Bro. Heath Clowers and Bro. Ken Bunch will be officiating.
