Charles Chesnut Green Sr.

Charles Chesnut Green Sr., 82, died April 9 at his home in Stillwater, Okla. He was preceded in death by his parents Felix M. Green and Katherine "Kitty" Chesnut Green and his wife Arlene O'Neil Green. He was a graduate of Castle Heights Military Academy, University of the South, Sewanee, Tenn. and Seminary of the Southwest, Austin, Texas. Charles is survived by his daughters, Katherine Green Brooks (Jack) and Eleanor Green Randolph (Bob) of Little Rock, Ark., sons, Douglas Green of Nashville, Tenn. and Chess Green of Little Rock, Ark., two step-daughters: Lynn Downing of Perry, Okla.K and Marianne Kirkpatrick of Belmont, Texas, (Dave) and his grandchildren: Alan Brooks, Amy Brooks, Elizabeth Randolph, and step-grandchildren: Elizabeth Frazier and Joseph Kirkpatrick. At his request his body has been donated to Oklahoma University Health Science Center Body Donation Division. There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
