Willie Elbert Swanigan Jr., 56, of Little Rock, formerly of Brinkley, died Tuesday, April 16 at his home. His wife Carol Swanigan, three sons, three daughters, a brother, four sisters, seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives survive him. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 27 at 11 a.m. at Gooodhope Freewill Baptist Church, Memphis Street in Wheatley.
