Raymond Lee Hull

Raymond Lee Hull, 81, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at his home in Cross, South Carolina. Raymond was a U.S. Navy Senior Chief Fire Control Technician (Ret). He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a Mason and a Shriner. A memorial service with military honors was held Wednesday afternoon, April 17, 2013 under the direction of Parks Funeral Home in Summerville, S.C. Raymond was born March 28, 1932 in Scott, Ark. He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Hull, mother, Stella Carter Hull, father, Lawrence Hull, daughter, Patti Morris, brother, Atlas Hull, sister, Irene Arnold, Special Uncle John Henry Carter and Aunt Josephine Carter who raised him as one of their own after his mother died when he was a child. As well as his cousin, Richard Carter, who was raised with him. Survivors include one son, Richard A Lynn of Golden, Colorado, two brothers, Donald Hull of Houston, Texas And Crawford Hull of Sherwood, Ark., five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren, and a special granddaughter and caregiver Melissa Turner of Cross, S.C.; two special cousins that were raised with him Phyllis Carter and Dianne Clark, three half-sisters and two half-brothers. Wonderful niece Kem Phillips, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Arkansas funeral will be held Saturday April 27, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Bethel New Assembly of God Church, 7306 W Republican Road Jacksonville, Ark. under the directions of Rev Cory Snelson and Rev. Danny Hull. Burial will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, Ark. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P.O.
