Lonnie Clarence Brazil Jr.

LONNIE CLARENCE BRAZIL JR., 86, went to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 16, 2013. He was born to the late Lonnie Brazil Sr. and Ethel Brazil. He was an amazing husband, father, and the best grandfather. He was employed by Hoerner Box Company for 30 years and a skilled mechanic for 65 years. He loved the outdoors, gardening and spending time with his family. Above all, he was a tried and true family man. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Alene Anderson Brazil; four daughters, Linda Hay (Henry) of Alexander, Sharon McClain of Benton, Judy Ritter of Dyersburg, Tenn. and Rita Atwood of Bryant; three sisters, Lou Mercer (Leo) of Hensley, Nellie Burnett (John) of North Little Rock and Jean McCool (Larry) of Bryant; six grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and a multitude of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters. The family will meet friends on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013 from 4– 6 p.m. at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, Ark.
