Mrs. Betty Rae Snelson, 77, of Bradford departed this life Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013. She was born April 8, 1936 to Leo and Pauline Goad Winningham. Mrs. Snelson enjoyed fishing, camping, cooking, and being outdoors. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Tink Snelson; and brother; Jimmie Winningham. She is survived by her two sons; Kenny French and wife Gretchen of Ashland, Va., Tony French of Bradford, three brothers; John Winningham and wife Carol of Tenn., George Winningham and wife Charolette of Michigan, Jack Winningham and wife Linda of Bradford, three sisters; Jessie Edwards of Bradford, Sue Bevier and husband Art of Michigan, Diana Bundy of Bradford, sister in law; Pat Winningham of Mich., three grandchildren; Marcus French of Va., Tonya DeKeyser of Va., Anthony French and wife Laura of Bradford, four great grandchildren; Tieler French of Rosebud, Rylee French of Va., Austin DeKeyser of Va., Nicholas DeKeyser of Va., twenty one nieces and nephews.
