A.C. ‘FLOPPY" BROWN JR., 90, of Little Rock, Ark., was born Nov. 12, 1922. He departed his life Aug. 13, 2013. Funeral services will be Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, 9:30 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church 1851 Howard St. The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 22, from 6 til 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
