Iva Laurene Paris

Iva Laurene Paris, died August 23, 2013. She was born in Kennebec, South Dakota on February 24, 1927, the daughter of Luther Martin Groves and Louise Johnson. She grew up in and around Rapid City, South Dakota. She married Claude Morgan Paris of Rapid City September 28, 1950 and they lived in South Dakota, Washington State, and Wyoming. Later she lived in Beavercreek, Ohio from 1991 to 2000 and resided in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2000 to present near her son. She is survived by her children, Marie P. Reichardt (Paris) of Interior, South Dakota and John R. Latendresse (Paris) of Little Rock and Greer's Ferry, Arkansas, her six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. She will be laid to rest at Shiloe Crossroads Cemetery in Greer's Ferry, Arkansas near her son's home. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Shiloh Community Church in Greers Ferry, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Shiloh Crossroads.
