Aimee Burghart, age 33, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away on January 24, 2013 in a tragic car accident, with her husband Daniel Burghart. Aimee was born in Orlando, FL and grew up in Denver, Colo. Aimee received a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. She then went on to earn her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. She was married to Daniel Burghart on May 30, 2004. Aimee worked at Pathfinders, Inc helping children in need until the birth of her daughter, when she took on the task of being the best mom ever to her little girl. Aimee was very involved in her church, and was actively involved in the lives of her family and many friends spread throughout the mid-west. She will always be remembered as a fun-loving, happy, joyful, caring, and genuine person. She is survived by her daughter, Lillian Burghart, age 2; parents, Beverly Royal of Brighton, Colo. and Terry Bennett of Orlando, Fla.; brother, Brook Bennett and wife, Sofia, of St. Charles, Mo.; sister, Linnea Soriano and husband, Pablo, of Commerce City, Colo. and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 3, at 1:30 p.m. at the Little Rock Seventh-day Adventist Church. The visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2, from 6-8 p.m. at Roller Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway Little Rock, Ark. (501) 224-8300. Memorial donations may be made to the Dan & Aimee Burghart Memorial Fund at the Little Rock Seventh-day Adventist Church.
