Floyd Festus Webb, age 88, of Mena, Ark. formerly of Smithville, Okla. passed away Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, in Mena. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, 2 p.m. at Octavia Baptist. Interment will follow in Octavia Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
