Willie James Monts

Willie James "Billy" Monts 78, of Little Rock, Ark. peacefully passed away on January 29, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents and all siblings. He retired from Little Rock Waste Management and worked for Little Rock Transportation for 13 years. His loving survivors include: two daughters, Latonya Moore and Dominique Dumas; three grandchildren, Essence Moore, DeMarius Humphrey and Melanie Stephenson and a host of other relatives and special friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, 12 noon, at Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1215 S. Schiller Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, NLR, Ark. Family visitation will be Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, 6-7 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
