Wanda Louise Curry, age 67, of Crossett, Ark. went to be with her Savior on Monday, February 4, 2013 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La. She was born on December 26, 1945 in Warren, Ark. to her late parents, Olen and Louise Doggett. She was retired from Georgia Pacific and a member of Cain River Missionary Baptist Church of Natchitoches, La. She was a devoted Christian, wife and a loving mother. She enjoyed spending time with her host of family and friends.

Wanda was preceded in death by her sister, Cindy Taylor. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bobby Curry of Campti, La.; three daughters, Stephanie Jackson and husband, Robert of Minden, La., Dennice Gill and husband, Andy of Crossett, Ark., Barbara Gammel and husband, Scott of Alexandria, La.;. She had seven grandchildren, Joshua Jackson, Elizabeth Cox, Brittney Patrick, Amanda and Caleb Gammel, Courtnie Gill and Scott Gill and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Catherine McDiarmid of Banks, Ark..

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Warren, Ark. under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com). Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Pine Forest Missionary Baptist Church, 120 E. Church St., Crossett, Ark. 71635.
