Joan K. Duncan

Joan K. Duncan, age 73, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away February 4, 2013 at home with her loving family at her side. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 27, 1939 the daughter of Jim A. and Charlotte (Spas) Pecka. She moved here seven years ago from Arkansas. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Carroll Duncan. Joan is survived by her sons, James and John O'Keefe both of Little Rock, Ark., daughter, Jacquelyn and son-in-law, Patrick Maloney of Manhattan Beach, Calif., brother, James Pecka of Palm Harbor, Fla., seven grandchildren and loving family.
