Brian Charles Donahue went to join his Heavenly Father on February 6, 2013. Brian was born March 2, 1963 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Charles V. and Shirley A. Donahue and was the third of four children. Brian graduated from Lakeside High School, Hot Springs, Arkansas in 1980. He received his Bachelor of Social Sciences from Louisiana Tech University in 1985. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas' School of Law in 1991. Brian was an active member of the Boy Scouts of America Quapaw Area Council serving as Den Leader and Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scout Troop 427 and charter organization representative for Pack 810. He enjoyed coaching his children in soccer. He loved hunting, camping, cycling and spending time with his family. Brian is a Fourth Degree Knight with the Jacksonville Knights of Columbus Council #11604.Brian served on the Little Rock Catholic Diocesan School Board, St. Jude?s Parish Council, St. Mary's School Board in North Little Rock, and was a member of the merger team which formed the North Little Rock Catholic Academy. Brian is preceded in death by his father, Charles Donahue; and brother, Brendan Donahue. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Shea Donahue; two children, Mary Katherine and Robert; mother, Shirley Donahue; two sisters, Brigid Smith and Maureen Kalinosky; and several nieces, nephews and close friends. The funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville with Father Andy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m..
