Charles Walter Hill Jr.

Mr. Charles Walter Hill Jr., age 80, of Widener, Arkansas died Monday, February 11, 2012 at his home in Widener. The same home in which he was born on August 1, 1932. Mr. Hill was the son of Charles Walter Hill and Frankie Ella Castleberry Hill. He was a graduate of Forrest City High School, a farmer and a Methodist. Mr. Hill was a Levee Board member and on the Forrest City Cotton Oil Mill Board. Mr. Hill married Suzanne Moore in 1952 and she survives him along with three sons; Walter Hill and wife Jackie of Widener, Woodson Hill and wife Debbie of Widener and David Hill and wife Dana of Wynne; a sister-in-law, Normadell Kerr of Forrest City and two nieces, Melanie Clark and Rosemary Jones both of Forrest City. Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive him. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 2:0 p.m. at Forrest Park Cemetery.
