Thomas Dee Fletcher, Jr., 76 of Greenbrier, Arkansas died February 12, 2013. He was born November 8, 1936 in Little Rock to the late Thomas Dee Fletcher, Sr. and Sophia Miller Fletcher. He served in the AR Air National Guard for nine years, from 1954 to 1963. He was a CNC Programmer and Journeyman Tool Maker. He retired from Power Technology in 2001. He is survived by his wife Sybil Florene Smith and five step-children.
