Billy Kenneth Railey

Billy Kenneth Railey, Sr., 73 of Little Rock, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013. Billy was born July 29, 1939 in Panama City, Fla. to the late Noah William and Elsie Lee (Foster) Railey. He is also preceded in death by a daughter, Dedra Lee Railey Thomas. Mr. Railey served in the US Army, and was an avid outdoorsman. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Janis (Fithen) Railey, daughter, Kim Jamerson, son Billy K. Railey II, sister, Geraldine Boobyer, and grandchildren, Andrew Tyler Railey, Allison Renee Railey, Tucker Jamerson, Lacey Jamerson, and Kelsey Dee Caldwell. At his request, no services will be held.
