Tomsie Pauline "Polly" Flynn, 89, of Little Rock went to be with her Lord and saviour Monday, February 11, 2013. She was born April 1, 1923 in Albermarle, North Carolina to Benjamin L. and Mamie Elmetta Dick Collins. She was a member of East Union Baptist Church, retired from Lucent Technologies and was an inspector for ATT Teletype. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Flynn Prince (Herbert), of Little Rock; two sons, Carroll Elton Flynn (Linda) of Little Rock and Philip Alan Flynn (Gina) of Sherwood; sister, Mable E. Smith, of Iva, South Carolina; brother, Wayne Collins, of Monroe, North Carolina; grandchildren, Jerry, Bryan, Tony, Daniel, Leah, Adam, Angela and Courtney; great-grandchildren, Chelsie, Victoria, Magan, Jordyn, Kylie, Joslynn, Autumn, Austin Drew, Bryan Tyler, Philip, Landry, Ashlyn, Grace and Josh; and great-great-grandson, Kade. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence E. Flynn; two brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
