Joseph "Joe" Lowry

Joseph "Joe" Lowry, 84, of Harrisburg, died Wednesday at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Jackson's Harrisburg Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 p.m. Interment is in Bay Village Cemetery. Arrangements are by Jackson's Funeral Home.
