Mattie Rachel Vance

Mattie Rachel Vance peacefully left this life when the Lord came for her on February 19, 2013. She was born March 6, 1923 to the late Roy and Florence Blackwood. She is preceded in death by a son Charles D. Brians and grandson Michael Charles Brians. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Robert Brians (Vicki), daughter in-law, Lois Brians Olsen, grandchildren Connie Halter and Alan Brians (Lisa), 10 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of friends. The family would like to thank Sherwood Nursing Home and Odyssey Hospice for Mrs. Vance's care. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday, February 22, 2013 at Huson Chapel in Sherwood, Arkansas. Burial will follow at the Sylvania Cemetery in Lonoke County.
