Billy Frank "Bill" Hall

Billy Frank "Bill" Hall, 70, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born November 20, 1942, at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, to Willie and Clara E. Hall, and he died Thursday, February 21, 2013. He was an avid Razorbacks fan and bass fisherman. Bill was a wonderful husband, father and friend who loved his Lord and his family. He is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 22 years, Wanda; sons Billy Hall Jr. (Lisa) of Virginia and Grady Hall (Amanda) of Louisiana; daughters, Mary Beth Westmoreland (Todd) of Louisiana, Brandi Wilson (Kyle) and Ashley Renfrow (Jeremy), all of Wyoming; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Sara Peters (Carroll) of Pine Bluff. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Krystal Marks and brother Henry Hall. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
