RAY ELLIS GAGE, 76, of North Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012. He was born on Aug. 3, 1936 in Rose Glen, N.D., to the late Barron and Helen Skeiten Gage. He served in the Army in Germany. He met Dorene Burton in a fishing village in 1958 and they were married on July 9, 1960 in Morro Bay, Calif. He took up flying in 1961 and later became the chief pilot for Stephens Inc. Ray flew 30 years for Stephens Inc., Alex Lieblong & Associates, and Dillards. He was a longtime member of the Ozark Region Porsche Club, with his 1963, Porsche 356 which he restored from rust, and won many 1st Place trophies. He loved driving his Porsche to the golf course every day. He was of the Presbyterian faith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his loving wife, Dorene Gage; three children, Sherry Little of Arkansas, Steve Gage (Lori) of California, and Scott Gage of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Michelle and Daniel Little, Austin, Bella and Gracyn Gage; two brothers, Don Gage and Jerry Gage; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, (501)224-8300. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 901 N.
