Norma "Jean" Prince, age 78, of Malvern, ended a wonderful life on this earth and began her eternal life in Heaven on Friday, January 4, 2013. She was born on September 10, 1934. Jean was reunited with her husband of 42 years, J.T. Prince. Also meeting her in heaven were her parents, George Fred and Dorothy Buie Tull. Still loving and missing her on earth are her daughter, Julie Prince Howard; her loving son-in-law, David Howard; the light of her life, her grandson Jadyn Howard; her sweetie for seven years, Harry Ritter; and her devoted sisters, Carolyn Robeson (brother-in-law, A.J. Robeson) and Paula Pullium (brother-in-law, Bill Pulliam). Jean was blessed to count many nieces and nephews who love her dearly. Known as "Momma Jean" to many, Jean was an active and vibrant member of Second Baptist Church. She loved her church family second only to her family and her Savior. She taught the Stella Jones Sunday School Class and probably gave the best hugs in the congregation. Oh how she loved! She was a "like a mother" to so many. Visitation will be Sunday, January 6, from 3-5 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home in Malvern. Funeral Service will be Monday, January 7, at 10 a.m. at Second Baptist Church, in Malvern, with Brother Joey McDermott and Brother John Chandler officiating. Pallbearers will be Tony Robeson, David Cansler, Jarrid Stacy, Heath Stacy and Lane Chancellor. Memorials can be made to Second Baptist Church or Arkansas Baptist School System. Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home. You may sign the guest book at www.regencyfuneralhome.com.
