James William Pounders

JAMES WILLIAM POUNDERS, 60, of North Little Rock, born May 22, 1952 in San Diego, Calif. to parents, Harold and Barbara Pounders, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012. He attended the Central Church of Christ in Little Rock. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the Army. James is survived by his parents, Harold (Bill) and Barbara Pounders; his children, Lyndal Curling (Allen) and Christina Crossman; and his siblings, Jean Tallent, Jo Chagnon, and Bentley Pounders (Liz). He is also survived by five grandchildren and many nephews, nieces, and cousins. Visitation will be from 11-12 on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. 72076. Service will follow at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark.
