Juanita Mae Denison

Juanita Mae Denison, 89, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, entered into rest on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in Fort Smith. She was born Augsut 5, 1923 in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Everett and Ella Mae Ridpath. She was retired Office Manager for Blatt Allergy Supply Company in Kansas City, Mo. was a member of Rye Hill Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Harrell Lamont Denison and was preceded in death by an infant son Tommy Bruce Denison and three sisters Ruby Scott, Virgie Buford and Joyce Rye, and one brother, Carl Ridpath. Survivors include two brother-in-law, Harold Rye of Mansfield, Ark. and Robert Buford of Ola, Ark., sister-in-law, Beulah Bittle of Ola, Ark. one sister, Lois Bentley of North Little Rock, Ark., nieces and nephews, Tami Weeden and husband Scott of Greenwood, Ark., Doug Rye of Putney, Vt., Dr. Joseph Bentley of Cleveland, Miss., Paul Bentley and wife Kim of Sherwood, Ark., Phyllis Bentley of North Little Rock, Michael Morris of Fort Smith, Jim Scott and wife Judy of Blue Springs, Mo., Reverend Robert Scott and wife Carol of Garland, Texas, 10 great-nieces and nephews and four great-great-nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Nimrod Cemetery in Nimrod, Arkansas. Family will receive friends Friday, 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
