August J. (Gus) Kurcz

AUGUST J. (GUS) KURCZ, 77, of Sherwood, passed away on Jan. 16, 2013. He was born in Omaha, Neb. on June 20, 1935. He was preceded in death by his parents, twin daughters, two sisters and six brothers. He is survived by wife of 50 years, Kathleen M. Kurcz; two sons, Mark Kurcz, Andy Kurcz and Sarah; two grandsons, Austin and Brandon Kurcz; one sister, Mary Udron (Frank) of Omaha, Neb.; and his furry pal, Jake. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72116. Cremation arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
